Those who like variety, on area of walks in the region of the Lot-and-Garonne,will feel good. There are several hiking trails are marked out to explore the region.


Take a look at Pujols and Duras, the valleys of Castelnaud, the panoramic view of the historic Monflanquin, Montagnac and Buzet. We have already a hiking map ready for you.

Which is certainly worth while cycling or walking to follow is "la balade du pont canal".

This 'water' runs on the border of the city of Agen on 8 km of Foulayronnes.

Who loves castles should definitely visit Chateau de Duras. This castle dates from the twelfth century and can be visited from February to November. Also worth chateau de Bonaguil Chateau de Fumel and Donjon de Gavaudun. These three are not far from each other. Near Foulayronnes you can visit the chateau Féodal Madaillon, this can be visited throughout the year.

 

Wine lovers don’t rest on their hunger in this region. They can cross the region of Duras even drive to Bordeaux or drive back towards Cahors, the region with the typical Malbec grape that is used only for the Cahors wines.

Sweet wines can be found in Bergerac and if you are looking for something closer to the domain, we recommend the region of the "Landes de Gascogne"

Visit the foie gras museum Frespech, the museum of the prunes in Granges-sur-Lot, the "station Termaele" at Casteljaloux.

Beautiful gardens you find direction Castelmaron-sur-Lot. There you pass "Le jardin des Nénuphars, Latour Marliac" near the Lot.  In Castelmoron-sur-Lot, you can fish, swim and enjoy water sports. Go down the Lot by canoe or take a boat trip. There is also a cycle route along the Lot direction Cahors and Perigord ..
